Remembering Bllb – A special concert

A solemn evening of music dedicated to the memory of those lost in the Auschwitz-Birkenau family camp on the 80th anniversary.

Commemoration

The gala will be hosted by Jitka Čvančarová, who will close the evening with Horchat Hai Caliptus by the Israeli author Naomi Shemer (1930–2004). This song is featured in the film The Painted Bird.

The concert is held under the auspices of the President of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic, Mrs. Markéta Pekarová Adamová, and in collaboration with the Prague Shoah Memorial, the Prague Castle Administration, and the Prague Symphony Orchestra FOK.
